Massage with cold cupping (about 30 minutes) – €60
Yunani foot reflexology (about 40 minutes) – €60
Management of the mind and release of negative emotions with psychocorporal and energetic techniques (45-60 minutes) – 60 €
Bol d’Air Jacquier sessions (15 minutes per session) – €80 (package of 10 sessions) + 2 first sessions of 6 minutes offered
Wai Qi Infrared Chinese Lamp Sessions (30 minutes) – €80 (package of 4 sessions)
Any consultation not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged.

Naturopathy is for everyone! It acts mainly in disease prevention so even if today you do not have any particular health problems you can consult a Naturopath to preserve your health capital.
It can also naturally help you with:

Complementary to conventional medicine, naturopathy is not intended to establish a diagnosis, nor to modify or replace any medical treatment.

Naturopathy consultations are not yet covered by Luxembourg social security. On the other hand, some mutuals offer reimbursement. You can contact your mutual insurance company to find out the terms of coverage.

How does a consultation  take place?

The naturopathic consultation, also called the anamnesis, is an in-depth interview with the client about the problem for which he came to consult.
During the first consultation, I take enough time to discover your lifestyle, your diet, your emotional state, which allows me to draw up a vital balance sheet (and not a medical diagnosis). I will then complete it with a morphological study, an iridology examination or a biological assessment.
 This vital assessment will then allow me to give you individualized advice on food and lifestyle, associated, if necessary, with the intake of medicinal plants or essential oils, homeopathic remedies, food supplements, massages, energy exercises and other naturopathic treatments as needed.
The advice and techniques offered will allow you to regain balance and health at all levels of your being: physical, mental, emotional, relational and essential.
Follow-up consultations are important (the first should generally be scheduled 4-6 weeks after the vital assessment) because they allow us to take stock of the techniques and remedies used and to adjust them if necessary for even more efficiency.

Pregnancy is a particularly important condition for taking care of yourself and your baby. Naturopathy has a lot to offer you. Thanks to the wealth of methods used, it will allow you above all to release physical and psychological tensions. With all my food and micronutrition advice, you will be sure to provide this little unborn being with everything it needs to develop at its best. 
I also offer support throughout your pregnancy to give you advice on herbal medicine, Bach flowers, homeopathy and others to remedy common pregnancy ailments.
Complementary to conventional medicine, naturopathy is not intended to establish a diagnosis, nor to modify or replace any medical treatment or pregnancy monitoring by a midwife or doctor.

Yes, some consultations are possible via Zoom. They must be paid by bank transfer in advance. I will send you the login code via email before the consultation.
