The consultations take place in Hollenfels in Luxembourg or online (video) in one of three languages: French, English or Polish. The first consultation lasts about 1h15 and allows you to draw up a vital balance sheet in order to be able to give you individualized advice on food and lifestyle, associated, if necessary, with the intake of medicinal plants, essential oils, food supplements, massages, energy exercises and other naturopathic treatments as needed.

The follow-up consultation will allow you to take stock of the techniques and remedies that were recommended to you during the first consultation and to adjust them if necessary for even more efficiency.

Complementary to conventional medicine, Naturopathy is not intended to establish a diagnosis, nor to modify or replace any medical treatment.

Essential Naturopathy

As part of the consultation in Essential Naturopathy, my intention is to cultivate benevolence towards each client and to be an active listener. It is also important for me to remain centered on the human being as a whole and to take into account the different levels of therapies (physical, emotional, intellectual and energetic). Being trained in different techniques, the choice of the most suitable method is made individually to respond as closely as possible to the request of my clients. I use different techniques and tools depending on the person's problem, namely: herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, nutrition, micro-nutrition, manual care, Chinese medicine, homeopathy, pneumology ( breathing techniques), iridology and energy psychology tools such as EFT.
